Outift Month #28

*What I'm Wearing*

You may have noticed I pretty much live in my maternity leggings. I don't know what I'd have done without them... they are the ultimate in pregnancy comfort! I actually bought them at the same time as I bought this shirt and together they are practically pyjamas! This is by far my most comfortable outfit. I only wish the shirt didn't crease so terribly but then I guess it wouldn't be as lovely if it wasn't so cottony soft.
I'm also love love loving my new red bag... total bargain, just big enough for everything I need and still beautifully structured so it looks smart even when empty.

Shirt - Topshop Maternity
Leggings - Topshop Maternity
Pumps - Primark
Bag - H&M
Nameplate Necklace - eBay

One thing I had to mention in todays post is this lovely package I received.
A lovely twitter follower, Charlotte (find her here) responded to my plea a few weeks ago for a coconutty perfume after I developed a small obsession for the scent. Many people came back to me with suggestions but the uber generous Charlotte offered me a spare bottle of her recommended Tahitian Holiday that she had but didn't think she'd use. By no means am I encouraging people to send me things but I had to give her a mention as it was a lovely gesture. She even sent a note... how sweet?
I really like the perfume, I am wearing it today and can report it's very long lasting as I have worn it all day and at 10pm as I type whch I never can usually so I'm really impressed. Thank you Charlotte!!!

Outfit Month #15

I look massive today but I feel surprisingly slight given that I have 8 weeks to go. I don't feel pregnant enough! Just another 2 weeks at work and then I have a little rest at home before baby arrives... and boy am I looking forward to it. My work isn't too taxing right now.. I'm kind of phasing out but it can still be pretty stressful at times and I am not dealing with stress well. By far the worst pregnancy symptom is breathlessness and whenever I concentrate on anything I hold my breath which as you can imagine.. makes everything worse! Anywho... on to my outfit...

Cardigan : Zara
Vest : H&M
Maxi Skirt : Primark

For my makeup today check out the quick video below...

Bump Shot

One last note... the new H&M stuff is online today,
LOVE IT!!!! Go check it out... I am so in to H&M right now.

Outfit Month #9

Technology is not my friend today. This is the second time I'm drafting this post on my iphone and I'm informed my laptop at home (which I left uploading two videos) has crashed. Awesome! Oh well! At least it's friday! I'm not sold on my colour combo today.. Camel and grey? Hmm! Regardless I love my Zara cardigan and H&M dress seperately so today I'm wearing them together. I'm becoming a little obsessive about replacing my bag. I have a closet full but I want something new (you know how it is) Iwant something bigger, ideally neutral so I can wear it everyday, Trouble is I'm quite picky so I find it so hard to find something I really like thats useable. Kelanjo has been showing off a lovely stone shoulder bag from warehouse I'm lusting after so I may have to go check it out at the weekend!

Makeup is pretty much the same as yesterday, my hairs just a bit more unruly. I was up super early so decided to film a couple of videos, not my best work but cut me some slack, it was 7am. I also had a bit of a liquid liner mishap.. Tip: don't sneeze directly after applying... Messy!

Outfit Month #7

You may be able to tell... Today was a rainy day. Didn't get much in the way of an oufit shot but from what you can see I'm wearing a top from New Look, Next Maternity trousers and Lee's River Island coat.. I don't have anything waterproof.

I pretty much never blowdry my hair so today was not the best day to do it (argh!) I am wearing MAC tete a tint on my eyes and peaches blush. Really basic as usual for work. I've been looking everywhere for some good drugstore matte shadows to replace my MAC staples so if anyone has a recommendation I'm all ears. On my hunt I did discover Samantha Chapman's Real Techniques brushes are selling in the UK now online at cocktail cosmetics and love-makeup.co.uk so obviously I had to put in an order. I stuck with eye brushes for now but if they're awesome I will be going back for more 'cause they're so affordable! £20.95 for five brushes!!! I will have them on Friday so keep you eyes peeled for my "first look" video.

Have any of you tried her brushes already?

That's it for today but I will leave you with a final photo.. Food for thought..

Outfit Month #5

I think I'm doing pretty well keeping up with this whole "outfit month" so far. It's so much easier uploading from my phone if it's everyday commitment.
Today what I am wearing is my new chunky sweater from Primark, Topshop maternity leggings and Faith boots (as you can see from my awesome pose)
Today was my first walk TO work (I usually only have to walk home) so I needed the RedBull.. Don't judge me!
Very neutral makeup today, ABC gum from Urban Decay and Wedge from Mac on my eyes, Peaches blush from Mac and bare lips. I straightened my hair this morning for the first time in ages and I'm gonna have to review what I used on it 'cause it still feels fantastic.
It was also Ella's first day back at school, for those wondering she was itching to get back and had what she called "the best day ever" which is always nice to hear. We're on our way home from Meadowhall (again) now having stocked up on some new schoolwear and taken back some not so flattering maternity jeans to H&M. I did receive a parcel from H&M today as it happens so I'll probably be wearing what I bought tomorrow!

What's your favourite store for basics?

Outfit Month #3

Next Maternity Jeans, primark new long-line vest (love!) and Zara cardigan, BCBGeneration heels and the headband is also primark. Let's not forget the crazy eyes pic showcasing my leopard print nail art (oh how I wish I could crop a photo on my ipod)
Off to my Dads birthday party now..

What's Black and White and Pregnant All Over?

*what I'm wearing*

Maternity shirt  and leggings both from Tophshop. They are so ridiculously comfortable you wouldn't believe it! It feels like I'm wearing pyjamas to work.. AWESOME!
The shirt's pretty sheer so I wear a nude vest from H&M underneath which has quickly become a staple for me. I don't know why I never realised that nude under white was invisible.. all this time I've been wearing white vests underneath sheer tops and I've clearly been doing it all wrong!
Jewellery - Hamsa hand necklace is one I made from bits and bobs I bought from eBay last year and the long key is from F21. My nails are OPI's "Your Cabana Or Mine?" which I am totally in love with and has definitely earned its own post so I'll not get into that now.
I wore plain black Primark pumps which are now my everyday footwear of choice and there you have my current favourite outfit. The shirt is uber fine cotton and so creases like you wouldn't believe but otherwise it's just perfect. Makeup-wise I've rediscovered my love of liquid liner in a big way.. Lauren Conrad has a lot to answer for!

Growing Pains

*what I'm wearing*
Difficult dressing for work when most of my clothes no longer fit.
Trousers were bought an age ago at New Look
Top, much the same, bought after Ella was born so about 5 years ago from Next.
Shoes are beige cut-outs also crazy old from Next...
I've had these clothes a long time haha
The top has served me very well over the years, I feel it may have shrunk ever so slightly.. I'm sure it used to be longer. It's mega comfortable and good for my expanding waist right now.

Today was my 12 week scan, we got to see the baby for the first time.
I'll put the video below if you're interested in that but don't follow my vlog channel
