Okay girls..

This is happening!!! I am going to attempt a DIY Gisele hair colour!!!

Am I crazy? Quite possibly but I'm gonna do it!

I'm bored of this base light blonde now, I think it washes me out :(

I've dreamed for YEARS of having my very own Gisle hair.. and this week I intend to make it a reality

so far I have purchased a tinting brush... that is all lol,

I'm going to buy 2 different shades, a dark blonde/light brown and a medium blonde, I am going to attempt to foil and hand paint my hair to recreate this look..

I am going to look up as many YT vids on foiling/lowlighting etc as possible to hopefully be a little more knowledgeable and prepared but either way it is happening so wish me luck!!!

VEGAS BABY!

LAS VEGAS

The tackiest place on earth?....or the most ROMANTIC???

This is open to interpretation.

I am looking forward to a "quickie wedding" in Vegas this October.

It's yet to be booked and I'm still researching the actual getting married part but I'm pretty much sold on the idea. I have been gradually collecting bits and pieces for 6 months or more and really cannot wait.

I have the option of going all out tacky... jeans and tshirt, drive thru wedding extravaganza....

OR

I could go for an intimate, candlelit, flowy dressed affair...

each one PERHAPS equally as romantic in their own way, but which should I choose?

For a while I was siding with the all out tack... I thought if I was gonna do a vegas wedding why not embrace the cheese? You won't be dissappointed and it would be a quirky story to tell your friends..

Then I bought a cute dress and thought... maybe I'll do it a little more traditionally...

NOW .... I just don't know!

For those of you that have been following me for a while on YOUTUBE you will know that both my partner and I are currently getting divorced from our previous spouses which means no solid plans can be made until those are both final. This is annoying to say the least but we're getting on with things and passing the time, hoping that we will be all done in time for october. This is one of the reasons that Vegas seemed the obvious choice.

There's no waiting time between divorce and re-marry in the state of Nevada,

We can "plan" without actually planning ANYTHING,

We don't have to deal with opinions of anyone else who may...have an opinion

So Vegas it is... I think,

But which direction do I take... Tackiest of tacky or the most romance Las Vegas has to offer?
The Little White Chapel or a a beautiful hotel chapel?

As you can see, I need help,

FIRST DAY OF WORK

The first day of work is a lot like the first day of school...
Full of nerves and angst and hoping you'll be liked, this is why I am not looking forward to tomorrow...
Monday morning I start my new job. I have been out of work for 8 months so it's even more daunting than it usually would be starting somewhere new. I AM looking forward to having a life outside of my house though!
I started YOUTUBING because I was literally doing nothing with my time off.. I so wish I had discovered vlogging etc when I first left work.. I would have thousands of videos up by now, lol!
I hope to still be able to get a couple of videos up a week... vlogs will continue to be easier to do adhoc now and then but I'm gonna try and get up a tutorial of sorts at least once a week and maybe also a review/request. I've decided I'm going to have to be more organised if this thing is going to work around me working 45hour weeks!
I intend to do my "whats in your bag" video this week and then I'll be taking as many requests as I can get... my plan is to have a list next to my vanity to get through as and when appropriate.
I'm so happy to have so many subscribers in such a short space of time... at the time of posting this I'm upto 930 amd have been youtubing just under 3 months.. I think that's pretty good going! I've had a couple of different contests running in that time and so I do hope that these numbers won't suddenly drop when the contest winners are announced..
Because I'm worried this may happen I won't be running another contest until I hit at least 1000 and my previous contests have been over for a few weeks (enough time for poeple that subbed just to enter tp have un-subbed) I plan to make the contest a "secret" contest... name it something normal so people searching for open contests wont come across it... I want to run a contest only for my very loyal subscribers... my subscribers that watch every video I put out!!!!
I love you guys!
Anyway, it's 23.58 now.. I have my clothes laid out ready for morning... and shoes of course, I'm going to film a little getting ready for my first day of work video I think and may vlog at work on a break if I can find somewhere quiet and private (don't want people to think I'm nuts lol)
I should go sleep now and try to get some beauty rest.. I'm gonna attempt to wear an eyemask.. I've heard eyecream sinks in better.. is that true does anybody know??

I'm currently searching for inspiration for my next video! watching mtv,trawling through google images etc etc..
I've bought an absolute TON of stuff on ebay recently so I'm gearing up for a huge haul next week or perhaps the week after (some stuffs international) and I've been making some DIY makeup storage so my first makeup collection/storage video will be up soon too! I've had a couple of requests I've not done yet... what's in your handbag is one ... I plan to do that one once I've been back to work 'cause since I've not been working I've not really been carrying a bag.. I've seriously been like a recluse... awful!
I'M CHOOSING MY GIVEAWAY WINNER TODAY!!! it's so hard I may end up splitting the prize in two.. lol.. we'll see! anywho... if you have any video requests let me know... I might film today... need to get some vids up for the weekend xxx

Swappage

I've been spending every spare penny lately on ebay... I love me some bargainous makeup!!! But some things I see on YOUTUBE I just can't get over here... and even when it's sold internationally on ebay the seller charges ASTRONOMICAL postage!!!! :(
SO... I started a lil swapage on my youtube channel... I thought it would be easier to run from my blog..
My first swap arrived last week but I'm yet to recieve any others yet.. sent all of mine so it's just a waiting game now... especially the ones from overseas!!!
ANYWHO!
this post is for those of you interested in swapping with me from different countries... anything you want that you can only get over here in the UK? I'm sure there are plenty of US thing I can think I want in exchange lol..
FOR EXAMPLE
I really want a nail polish rack which you can get all over US websites and on ebay but to ship here people are charging more than the unit itself...
theres lots of makeup products I'd love to try too... like coastal scents... again they charge the price of the palette to ship so it costs double :(((
