I'm blogging from my iphone right now 'cause I couldn't contain my excitement. I haven't got all the info yet but Maybelline Color Tattoos have arrived! They weren't priced and the testers were untouched so I have to assume they're brand new. I'm not sure if the 3 shades shown are all that will launch or just a tester display but I thought I would swatch them and let you know they're here. I will of course update with more info once I have it and if you know more please leave a comment! I saw them in my local superdrug but they don't appear to be online as yet.
In other launch news I saw the Revlon Photoready airbrush foundation but I did not see the Lip Butters (sob) ...have any of you seen them in stores yet?

ReplyDeleteWow. Maybelline told me on facebook the other day they didn't know when they were launching them in the UK :( Someone's not on the ball. Thanks for tweeting, phobotblogging on the go. I want all 3. I hope I can get my hands on them soon and everyone I've spoken to in UK has managed to get 1 lip butter or no lip butters. I was told the release date is now 19th March.

I hope more of the neutral shades become available, I feel like I am being pulled in the direction of my nearest Superdrug/ Boots for a spending spree. Lip butters are sold out online and wont be available until 19th in store as far as I am aware, does anyone else know?

Lip butters are online at Boots before being released in stores which I think is the 18th or 19th March. I've ordered and mine came yesterday - impressed with them so far :) plus if you order online they are currently in the Revlon lip/nail offer 2 for £10 xx

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the colour tattoos. I got Tough as Taupe in a swap with someone. I really hope they release more of the pretty shades and not so many of the wacky colours. Also, note to Maybelline, we spell it coloUr in the UK!!
ReplyDeleteI went into my local Boots on Monday, there weren't any lip butters on display but I asked one of the women if she knew when they'd be coming. She didn't but said she'd check in the drawer under the display anyway and they had some :) There were a few shades, I managed to pick up 4 of the ones I wanted (two of which had been sold out online that day). So I'd say it's worth double checking with someone who works there because they may have them they just might not be out in their displays yet. xxx

the new colour tattoo 24 hour are amazing !! ;) they had them in my local superdrug and at the price of 4.99 or whatever they were they are a right bargain!! chuffed :) so nicely pigmented and really shimmery !! :) 3 for 2 is a mint time to get them too !

Im in county durham and my local superdrug has 6 shades. On and on bronze, permanent taupe, turquoise forever, eternal gold, immortal charcoal, and endless purple. Maybelline in superdrug is 3 for 2, so i got all 6 shades for £20 x
